Supply of an agricultural tractor with a snow plough and a trailer for transporting drinking water

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, in two lots, of a new agricultural tractor and snow plough, as well as a tanker trailer for transporting drinking water. The equipment must be new, complete, free from defects and provided with CE declarations of conformity, and must be delivered within 21 days at the contractor’s cost and risk. Tenders may be submitted for both lots and must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 September 2026 at 10:00. For Lot 1, bidders must demonstrate that they supplied at least one new agricultural tractor during the previous three years. Tenders will be evaluated on price (80 points) and warranty period (20 points); a 12-month warranty receives 0, a 24-month warranty 10 and a 36-month warranty 20 points.
