Supply of Machinery and Equipment under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme

Summary

The tender covers three lots: supply of a new agricultural tractor, a 5,000-litre vehicle or tank for transporting drinking water, and a 7,000-litre sewage tanker. All equipment must be new, unused, manufactured in 2026 or later, and comply with the technical specification for the relevant lot. Delivery must take place within 30 days. The bidder must provide the required registration, conformity, operating, maintenance and warranty documents and train at least two employees of the contracting authority; for the tractor, initial start-up and at least two sets of keys are also required. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026. The award criteria are price, worth 60 points, and the length of the warranty and statutory liability period, worth 40 points. An offered period below 24 months leads to rejection; 24 months receives 0 points, 30 months 20 points and 36 months 40 points. A tender guarantee is required: PLN 4,000 for Lot 1 and PLN 500 for Lots 2 and 3.
