Summary

The tender covers the demolition of the existing single-storey utility and garage building and the construction of a new building in Mińsk Mazowiecki with social and sanitary facilities, a garage section and technical installations. The planned building has a volume of 1,744.40 m³, a total floor area of 381.43 m² and a usable area of 338.98 m². The works include, among other things, foundations and structural works, a steel structure, masonry, roofing, electrical, water and sewage, heating, ventilation and lightning protection systems, as well as connections to external networks. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the guarantee period for 40%.
