Construction of office and technical facilities for the Municipal Services Plant in Busko-Zdroj – Stage I

Summary

The tender covers construction of office and technical facilities for the Municipal Services Plant in Busko-Zdroj and the comprehensive renovation of a former carpentry workshop building at 32 Langiewicza Street. The contractor must update the 2019 design, design the air-conditioning system and photovoltaic installation with an energy storage system, and carry out all related construction and installation works. The works must be completed within 16 months of contract signature, including up to 3 months for updating the design. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 October 2026 at 9:00. The tender guarantee is PLN 30,000. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and an extended quality warranty for 40%; the minimum warranty is 36 months, while 48- and 60-month warranties receive 20 and 40 points respectively. Participation requires at least one relevant construction contract worth at least PLN 2,000,000 gross and a design and construction team with the specified qualifications.
