Support for IBM FC switches and SANnav Management Portal Base Edition software

Summary

The tender covers hardware and software support for four IBM SAN64B-7 (Brocade G720) FC switches from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2027, and software support for SANnav Management Portal Base Edition for 24 months from 15 July 2026 to 15 July 2028. The bidder must provide updates, patch installation, manufacturer support, spare parts, trained specialists and defined response and repair times.
