Delivery of equipment and teaching aids under the bilingual early education project in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the delivery of equipment and teaching aids to preschool units at two schools in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Municipality. It is divided into two lots: 1) shelving, cabinets and teaching aids for School Complex No. 1, and 2) teaching aids for School Complex No. 7. A tenderer may bid for one or both lots. The supplier must provide delivery, unloading and carrying-in, installation where required, and connection and configuration of electronic equipment. Products must be new, comply with the technical description, and have CE marking or a declaration of conformity together with user instructions in Polish; the warranty must be at least 24 months. Tenders will be assessed on price (60%) and reduction of the delivery period (40%). The maximum delivery period is 35 days from contract signature, while delivery periods of 35, 28 or 21 days receive the stated evaluation scores.
