Delivery of Two Generators and a Mobile Drinking-Water Treatment Plant to the Gózd Municipal Office under the Population Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026
Summary
The procurement is divided into two lots, and bidders may submit offers for both. Lot 1 covers the delivery, installation and commissioning of two new diesel generators for the Gózd municipal office: one with a minimum output of 60 kW and one with a minimum output of 80 kW. Lot 2 covers one new mobile drinking-water treatment plant mounted on a trailer, with a minimum capacity of 2,500 litres per hour. Both lots include transport, commissioning, training and the required accessories or equipment. The generators must be manufactured in 2026 or later and meet the stated electrical, fuel, noise, safety and technical standards. The water-treatment plant must operate from 230 V/50 Hz mains power and a generator, include the specified treatment stages, have CE conformity documentation, a public-health certificate for contact with drinking water and laboratory evidence of treatment effectiveness. It must operate between 0°C and at least 40°C, have at least IP65 protection, and include a Polish-language manual, training and warranty and post-warranty service in Poland for at least 5 years from delivery. The contract period is 45 days. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight and the length of the warranty and statutory liability period carries 40%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 10:00.
