Insurance of the Central Sanitary and Anti-Epidemic Reserves Base for 2026–2028

Summary

The tender concerns insurance services for the Central Sanitary and Anti-Epidemic Reserves Base for a 24-month period from 19 October 2026 to 18 October 2028. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots and must cover the full scope of the selected lot. Lot I covers vehicle insurance, including third-party liability, comprehensive vehicle insurance, accident insurance and assistance. Lot II covers all-risks property insurance, all-risks electronic equipment insurance, domestic cargo insurance and civil liability insurance arising from business activities and owned property. Confidential risk and claims data, the vehicle list and the detailed description of the insurance subject must be requested separately from the contracting authority. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 10:00, using the required forms and an accepted electronic signature. The price must be stated in Polish zloty. Price accounts for 90% of the evaluation and preferred insurance conditions for 10%. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
