Summary

The contracting authority is purchasing licenses and subscriptions and related support for its security and virtualization systems in two lots. Lot 1 covers delivery, activation and 12 months of manufacturer support for two Fortinet FortiGate-200F devices with Unified Threat Protection; the delivery period is 3 days. Lot 2 covers a 12-month extension of the VMware vSphere Foundation 8 subscription, together with updates and verification of the contracting authority’s virtualization environment; the delivery period is 21 days. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and price is the only award criterion for each lot. The bid submission deadline is 23 September 2026 at 10:00. No bid guarantee or performance security is required. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish with the required electronic signature.
