Supply of food products

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of food products divided into 35 lots, including dairy products, meat and poultry, bread, pasta, confectionery, beverages, fruit and vegetables, frozen products, fish, cereals and other food items. The contract period is 12 months, and bids may be submitted for all lots. The bid deadline is 22 September 2026 at 00:00. Price is the only award criterion for most lots; for lots 3 and 10, price accounts for 60% and quality for 40%. Bids, declarations and other required documents must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s e-procurement platform, in Polish, using an accepted electronic signature.
