Supply of a brand-new SUV passenger car – tender III

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of one brand-new, unused SUV passenger car manufactured in 2026. The vehicle must be complete, technically operational, free of defects and ready for use and registration in Poland, with the required equipment, documentation and at least two key sets. Delivery is due within 10 weeks, or 70 days, from contract signature. The vehicle must have at least 24 months of unlimited-mileage mechanical warranty, with warranty service available within 150 km of the contracting authority. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 09:00. Evaluation is based on price (55%) and mechanical warranty period (45%).
