Roof repair at the swimming pool building in Kazimierza Wielka – Stage I

Summary

The tender concerns Stage I repair of part of the roof of the swimming pool building in Kazimierza Wielka, covering approximately 703.225 m². The works include removal and replacement of roof covering, repairs to roof structures, anti-corrosion treatment, timber treatment, thermal and moisture insulation, installation of a durable roof membrane and metal covering, and repair and sealing of gutters and drainage. The works must be carried out on an operating public facility without disrupting pool services, while protecting users, staff, pool water and installations from construction hazards. The works must be completed by 28 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 29 September 2026 at 09:00, and the tender must remain valid until 28 October 2026. The tender guarantee is PLN 1,500. Offers are evaluated by price, weighted at 60%, and the extended quality-guarantee period, weighted at 40%. The required warranty is at least 36 months, with 48 months receiving 20 points and 60 months receiving 40 points. The statutory warranty period is 60 months. Direct construction workers, including relevant subcontractor workers, must be employed under employment contracts throughout the works.
