Successive deliveries of liquid fuels in two lots

Summary

The tender concerns successive deliveries of liquid fuels in two lots for 12 months: 48,000 litres of diesel in Lot 1 and 400 litres of unleaded 95 petrol in Lot 2. Bidders may submit offers for both lots. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% of the weighting. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 10:00; the tender remains binding until 21 October 2026. The successful bidder must hold a valid licence or concession for trading in liquid fuels.
