Comprehensive mortuary services

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive mortuary services for the hospital, including 24-hour collection, transport and storage of patients’ remains and activities connected with performing autopsies on patients who died in the hospital wards. The contract is planned for 12 months, with a possible extension only as long as necessary to use the contracted quantities and never beyond 18 months from contract signature. The bidder must demonstrate at least one relevant service performed within the last three years, lasting continuously for at least 12 months and worth at least PLN 150,000 gross. The bidder must also have suitable transport, storage and autopsy facilities, a mortuary transport trolley, its own refrigerated chamber for at least three bodies with the required permits, and at least one doctor specialised in pathology or forensic medicine. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
