Expansion of district road No. 1888B Turośl–Krusza–Charubin – Stage I

Summary

The tender concerns the expansion of a 2.846 km section of district road No. 1888B Turośl–Krusza–Charubin, including the road pavement, shoulders, sidewalks, drainage ditches, culverts, access roads, junctions, road markings, surveying and land-record updates. The works also cover stormwater drainage, water-supply works, low-voltage electricity-network relocations and telecommunications-network works. The contractor must plant 145 replacement trees, provide electronic road-record data, manage waste, renew horizontal road markings annually during the warranty period and replenish unpaved shoulders twice when requested. The contract must be completed within 11 months of signing. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 29 September 2026 at 09:00. The bid must include a PLN 150,000 tender guarantee. Evaluation is based on gross total price (60%) and warranty period (40%); only warranty periods of 36, 48 or 60 months may be offered. The contractor must also provide insurance, employ specified workers under full-time employment contracts and provide a 5% performance guarantee before signing the contract.
