Fuel supply via a card system

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of fuels through a fleet card system for 36 months. The estimated scope includes approximately 45,000 litres of diesel, 10,000 litres of unleaded petrol, about 4,000 kWh of electric-vehicle charging, other vehicle-related products and services, and motorway toll payments throughout Poland. Payments must be cashless through fleet cards. The supplier must hold the required fuel-trading concession or an equivalent document and operate a 24-hour network of at least 200 stations in Poland, 30 in Greater Poland Voivodeship and 5 in Poznan. The tender must be submitted electronically by 24 September 2026 at 09:00. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% of the weighting. No bid guarantee or performance guarantee is required.
