Supply of Medical Equipment Increasing Accessibility

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery, installation and commissioning of five types of medical equipment, divided into five lots: a floor-standing transport and bathing lift, a blood collection chair, a gynaecological chair, a body composition analyser with dedicated computer software, and a vein scanner. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. The supplier must deliver new equipment manufactured no earlier than 2026, install and test it, connect it to the contracting authority's infrastructure, train medical and technical staff, remove installation packaging and provide at least 24 months of warranty. The equipment must comply with the applicable medical-device requirements and be accompanied by the required conformity and registration documents. The delivery period is up to 4 weeks from contract signature. The bid deadline is 23 September 2026 at 9:00. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish and signed with an accepted electronic signature. Bid security is required for each lot: PLN 28, PLN 112, PLN 203, PLN 309 and PLN 120 respectively. Award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and warranty period, weighted at 40%, with a maximum considered warranty period of 48 months.
