Supply of generators for police units in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of generators in three lots. Lot 1 requires delivery of a new stationary 180 kVA / 130 kW generator to a police unit in Wloclawek, preparation of a technical and installation design, installation and commissioning, and transport of the dismantled 40 kW generator to Radziejow. Lot 2 requires one new 7.5 kW three-phase portable generator with a wheeled transport set and transport handles. Lot 3 requires five new 3.5 kW single-phase inverter generators capable of operating on petrol and liquefied gas and meeting the detailed technical requirements. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all three lots. Lots 1 and 2 must be completed within 70 days of contract signature, while lot 3 must be completed by 24 November 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish and in Polish zloty by 22 September 2026 at 09:00. Price carries 60% of the score and the extension of the warranty period carries 40%; the minimum warranty is 36 months and may be extended by up to 24 months.
