Supply of generators with backup power electrical installations to ensure continuity of operations of the Namysłów County Office and Namysłów Health Centre in the civil protection system

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, installation, connection and commissioning of generators in two lots. Lot 1 requires a new 350–400 kVA generator for Namysłów Health Centre, including relocation of the existing generator, backup electrical installation, automatic transfer system, testing, measurements, documentation and staff training. Lot 2 requires a new outdoor 70–90 kVA generator for the County Office, including an automatic transfer system of at least 200 A, installation, electrical connections, fencing, earthing, exhaust arrangements, testing and documentation. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. The minimum warranty for both lots is 36 months; the award criteria are price (90%) and additional warranty period (10%). The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 10:00 and must include the required price form, bidder declaration, proof of tender guarantee and, where applicable, powers of attorney and resource-provider documents.
