Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish through the procurement platform by 21 September 2026 at 09:00. Bids will be evaluated on price (30%) and the level of insurance benefits (70%). The bidder must be authorised to provide all insurance services covered by the procurement and must submit the required declarations, licences or alternative evidence.
