Purchase of a nine-seat vehicle adapted for transporting persons with disabilities and wheelchair users under the “Friendly Transport” programme

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery to Gmina Lidzbark of one new vehicle manufactured in 2025 or later and configured as a nine-seater. The vehicle must be adapted for transporting persons with disabilities, including wheelchair users, and must meet extensive technical and safety requirements: a diesel engine of at least 130 hp, Euro 6 emissions, required safety systems, air conditioning, wheelchair ramps, securing rails and straps, and homologation and registration documents. Delivery must be completed within 45 days of signing the contract. The submission deadline is 21 September 2026 at 10:00.
