Supply of consumable materials for a device for sterile joining of drains

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of consumable materials, in particular blades, used in a Maconnect device for sterile joining of drains for the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centre in Bydgoszcz. The contract will run for 12 months, and the contracting authority may order an additional quantity of up to 20% of the basic contract volume at the same unit prices. The bidder must have completed at least one similar supply contract worth at least PLN 200,000 during the previous three years. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish; price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and delivery time for 40%.
