Summary

The contract covers the construction, reconstruction, repair and renovation of fencing at municipal nursery facilities in Łódź, as well as the installation of fencing around playgrounds, divided into six lots. Bidders may submit tenders for any number of lots or for all lots. The maximum completion date is 25 November 2026, while earlier completion can earn additional evaluation points. Tenders are evaluated using gross price at 60%, warranty period at 30% and reduction of the works completion period at 10%. The bidder must have at least one person with the required construction qualifications, submit the tender electronically in Polish by 25 September 2026 at 11:00, and provide 5% performance security upon contract award.
