Purchase of a minibus for transporting up to 9 people plus the driver

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of one new minibus intended for use as an emergency vehicle, carrying up to 9 passengers plus the driver. The vehicle must be manufactured no earlier than 2026, be red, have four-wheel drive, an automatic gearbox and a diesel engine, and meet detailed requirements for dimensions, engine, safety, communications, warning equipment, towing equipment and other fittings. The delivery period is 30 days from contract signature. Price is the only award criterion. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 18 September 2026; partial tenders, a tender guarantee and a performance guarantee are not required. The bidder must submit the vehicle specification, the declaration concerning exclusion grounds and a properly signed tender. The vehicle and equipment must have a five-year warranty, and the supplier must train the users.
