Construction of tourism infrastructure in the Smyków Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the design and construction of three wooden recreational shelters of up to 35 m² each in Smyków Municipality, including barbecue and camping areas, benches, tables, waste bins, bicycle racks, information boards, landscaping and other small-architecture equipment. It also includes a fire pit with a tripod in Salata, installation of 8 benches with backrests near the memorial site in Smyków, and the supply and installation of 14 small-architecture sets. The contractor will be responsible for the design, approvals, permits, construction works and required documentation. The tender submission deadline is 25 September 2026 at 09:00 and the completion deadline is 19 October 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish and accompanied by a PLN 1,500 tender guarantee. Tenders will be evaluated by price (60%) and an extended quality guarantee period (40%). Partial and variant tenders are not permitted.
