Collection and management of waste codes 20 01 10 (clothing) and 20 01 11 (textiles)

Summary

The tender concerns the collection, transport and legally compliant recovery or management of clothing and textile waste originating from the waste management facility in Nowy Dwór. The estimated quantity over the contract period is approximately 300 tonnes: about 80% clothing waste and 20% textile waste. The service must be provided using the bidder’s or subcontractor’s transport vehicles on working days from 7:00 to 14:00, and the contract runs until 31 December 2026. The bidder must have the required BDO registration and waste-management authorisation, financial capacity of at least PLN 100,000, and liability insurance with the same minimum coverage. At least one relevant previous service worth at least PLN 150,000 is also required. The tender submission deadline is 18 September 2026 at 00:00. Cost accounts for 60% of the evaluation, the collection deadline for a waste batch for 20%, and the level of preparation for reuse or recycling for 20%. The tender guarantee is PLN 2,000.
