Supply and unloading of heating fuels to buildings managed by Purda Municipality during the 2026/2027 heating season

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and unloading of heating fuels in two lots. Lot 1 concerns 150 tonnes of A1 wood pellets, with the quantity adjustable according to actual demand from 120 to 180 tonnes. Bagged pellets are to be delivered in two stages: 52 tonnes within 10 days and 52 tonnes within 50 days after contract signing. An additional 23 tonnes in each stage is to be delivered by tanker. Lot 2 concerns a basic quantity of 20 tonnes of 5–25 mm graded coal, with the actual quantity adjustable from 16 to 24 tonnes; deliveries will be made successively over 7 months in quantities of 4–6 tonnes. Tenders may be submitted for one or both lots. Price carries 60 points and delivery speed 40 points. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on 18 September 2026. Participation requires proof of relevant supply experience, a product quality certificate and compliance with the 5% performance security requirement.
