Periodic delivery of dairy products to nurseries operated by the City of Rzeszów

Summary

The tender covers periodic delivery of dairy products to nurseries in the City of Rzeszów from after contract signature, but not earlier than 1 January 2027, until 31 December 2027. The required quantities include 11,600 units of Greek-style yoghurt, 5,000 units of natural yoghurt, 3,400 units of kefir, 1,200 kg of butter, 2,700 units of buttermilk, 900 litres of lactose-free milk, 65,000 litres of fresh milk, 4,050 packages of mozzarella, 500 kg of yellow cheese, 6,900 units of sour cream, 2,500 kg of semi-fat cottage cheese and 2,600 packages of natural cheesecake cottage cheese. Deliveries will be made against orders on working days, with each batch due within three working days. Defective or non-conforming goods must be replaced within the selected response time of up to 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours. Bids may not be submitted for separate lots. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and response time for 40%; price is therefore not the only award criterion. The contracting authority may use an option of up to 30% of the quantity of each product item and up to 30% of the gross value of the basic contract.
