Supply and installation of equipment with site development for the investment “Natural Forest Playground in Bażantarnia” under the 2026 Participatory Budget

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of natural robinia wood playground equipment and site development in the municipal forest of Elbląg. The works include preparatory works and protection of existing greenery, a bird-shaped wooden play sculpture, a play combination, a nest swing, benches, waste bins, information boards, 205 m² of sand-and-gravel safety surfacing, wooden and jute-rope fencing, clean-up works, and post-installation inspection and certification of all equipment. The works must be completed within six months of contract signature. The tender deadline is 25 September 2026 at 10:00 and the tender must cover the entire procurement. The award criteria are gross price at 60%, warranty period for supply and installation at 20%, and warranty period for products and equipment at 20%. The minimum warranties are 36 and 24 months respectively. The bidder must meet the minimum financial capacity requirement of PLN 150,000.00, demonstrate at least one playground equipment supply and installation contract worth at least PLN 300,000.00, and provide the required construction manager information and evidence.
