Purchase of a server and necessary infrastructure for archiving endoscopic examinations – 2

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, installation and commissioning of a complete solution for recording and archiving endoscopic examinations. The solution must include a main server, backup server, storage and network equipment, a rack cabinet, UPS, three computer sets and software with HL7 and DICOM integration, migration of existing medical data and licences. The equipment must be new, manufactured in 2026 or later, and covered by a warranty of at least 24 months. Tenders will be evaluated by price (70%), warranty period (20%), and the guaranteed availability period for spare parts and software (10%). The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 09:00; the contract must be completed by 4 December 2026.
