Purchase and delivery of toner, colour ribbons and printer consumables

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of new, undamaged and defect-free toner, colour ribbons and other printer consumables for the Municipality of Legnica. The products must be supplied in the manufacturer’s original packaging, with the compatible device and product catalogue number indicated on the packaging, and toner containers must have leak-proof seals. Products with an expiry period must have at least 12 months of remaining validity from the handover date. The delivery period is 28 days and price is the only award criterion. The bidder must demonstrate at least one relevant supply completed during the last three years with a value of at least PLN 50,000 and provide a PLN 1,000 tender guarantee. The tender must be submitted electronically by 17 September 2026 at 00:00.
