Extension of the street lighting network in Gmina Ełk

Summary

The tender concerns the extension of street lighting along roads in Gmina Ełk under a design-and-build model. The contractor must prepare the necessary designs, obtain permits and approvals, install 30 hybrid solar street lights and obtain the occupancy permit. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Tenderers must have completed at least one similar project properly during the last 5 years, provide a bid guarantee of PLN 4,500, and submit the required declarations and evidence. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 September 2026 at 10:00. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty period for the works, installed materials and equipment (40%).
