Supply of medical devices for the needs of Health Care Facility No. 2 in Rzeszów – Packages 8 and 9

Summary

The tender concerns the successive supply of medical devices to Health Care Facility No. 2 in Rzeszów for 12 months. Bids may be submitted separately for Package No. 8, Package No. 9 or both, but the selected package must be covered in full. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 17 September 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and delivery time for 40%. Appropriate samples must also be submitted for the products in Package No. 9.
