Modernisation of residential premises owned by the City of Włocławek

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to modernise residential premises owned by the City of Włocławek. The works include, among other things, plastering, renovation and finishing works, painting and glazing, floor and wall covering, carpentry and joinery works, as well as water, sewage, electrical and electric-heating installations. The procurement is divided into 10 lots, and a tender may be submitted for all lots. The expected completion period is 60 days. The contracting authority may exercise an option of up to 15% of the gross value of the basic contract for similar works; failure to exercise the option does not give the contractor a right to compensation. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of price (60%) and the completion period (40%).
