Summary

The procurement covers snow removal and winter de-icing on county roads administered by the Złotoryja District Roads Authority, together with the supply of salt and sand. It is divided into three lots: Lot I covers winter road maintenance using spreaders and snow ploughs, with an estimated 340 equipment-hours; Lot II covers the supply of 300 tonnes of road salt; and Lot III covers the supply of 825 tonnes of sand. The expected performance period for all lots is 151 days. Tenders may be submitted for all lots. For Lot I, price carries 60% and service commencement time 40%; for Lots II and III, price carries 60% and delivery time from notification of demand 40%. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 08:00 on 18 September 2026.
