Management liability insurance (D&O) for 12 months

Summary

The tender concerns D&O liability insurance for the management and other designated persons performing management or supervisory duties at Centralny Ośrodek Informatyki, for 12 months from 14 November 2026 to 13 November 2027. The insured sum must be PLN 30,000,000 for each and all insured incidents, and the coverage must include the management-liability and defence-cost risks described in the tender documents. The bidder must hold the required insurance authorisations, submit the insurance conditions and required declarations, and ensure that staff handling insurance documents, premium accounting or the initial registration of claims are employed under employment contracts at no less than 1/8 of full-time employment. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 17 September 2026. Price is the only award criterion.
