Supply of suture materials and hemostatic and surgical meshes

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of suture materials and hemostatic and surgical meshes divided into seven lots. Bidders may submit a tender for one or more lots, and the contract period is 12 months. The offered products must be authorised medical devices in Poland and comply with the technical requirements in the tender documents. The tender must include the price form, the exclusion declaration and manufacturer’s technical documentation or a manufacturer’s declaration. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 18 September 2026 at 8:00. Price is the only award criterion.
