Modernisation of the rural community centre building at the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Świnice Warckie – II

Summary

The tender concerns the modernisation of the rural community centre building at the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Świnice Warckie. The works include construction, demolition, plastering, painting, electrical, sanitary, flooring, tiling and other finishing works. The works must be completed within 65 days of signing the contract, and no later than 14 December 2026. The tender deadline is 23 September 2026 at 00:00. Tenders will be evaluated by price (60%), shortening the completion period (10%) and extending the warranty period (30%). The bidder must demonstrate at least one renovation, reconstruction or modernisation project for a public-use building completed within the last five years, with a value of at least PLN 400,000, and must provide suitably qualified construction, electrical and sanitary works managers with the specified experience. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish. No tender guarantee is required, but performance security is required.
