Purchase and delivery of a new nine-seat vehicle adapted for transporting people with disabilities, including a wheelchair user, with ramps

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of a new nine-seat vehicle adapted for transporting people with disabilities. The vehicle must be capable of transporting one wheelchair user and include ramps, wheelchair restraints and the other specified adapted equipment. The tender must include the completed price form and technical compliance table, declarations concerning exclusion grounds and selection criteria, and documents proving the representative’s authority. The bidder must demonstrate at least two properly completed similar deliveries during the last three years. The vehicle must be new, unregistered and unused, manufactured no earlier than 2026, with a diesel engine of at least 1,900 cm³ and 130 HP, a length of at least 5,500 mm and Euro 6 compliance. A mechanical and paintwork warranty of at least 24 months and a body perforation warranty of at least 5 years are required. Delivery is due within 8 weeks of signing the contract. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 09:00. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and mechanical warranty period (40%).
