Construction and conservation works on the wooden staircase of the care home – second procedure

Summary

The tender concerns construction and conservation works on the historic wooden main staircase at the Gierałcice social care home, Opolska 28. The works include restoring the treads, risers, handrails, balusters, staircase timber elements, stringer beams and metal parts while preserving their historic appearance. The works must be carried out under a heritage conservation permit and completed by 10 December 2026; the permit remains valid until 31 December 2026.
