Supply of heating fuel for heating the buildings of the Primary School in Błaszki in 2026

Summary

The tender covers two lots: the successive supply of wood pellets and light heating oil for heating the buildings of the Primary School in Błaszki until 31 December 2026. Bids may be submitted for both lots. Lot 1 covers an estimated 30 tonnes of wood pellets, of which at least 22 tonnes must be supplied; the contracting authority may additionally use an option of up to 6 tonnes, or 20%. The pellets must be delivered with transport and unloading and must comply with PN-EN ISO 17225-2, quality class A1, and ENplus A1 or DINplus requirements, or equivalent requirements. The specified parameters include a net calorific value of at least 16.5 MJ/kg, moisture of no more than 10%, ash content of no more than 0.7%, sulphur content of no more than 0.04%, nitrogen content of no more than 0.3%, chlorine content of no more than 0.02% and bulk density of at least 600 kg/m³. Lot 2 covers an estimated 30,000 litres of light heating oil, of which at least 20,000 litres must be supplied; an option of up to 6,000 litres may be used. The heating oil must comply with PN-C-96024, and the supplier must provide transport equipped with a compliant measuring device and the manufacturer’s quality certificate. For both lots, the bidder bears the costs of transport and unloading, and deliveries are made on order on working days from 6:00 to 15:00. The usual delivery deadline is no later than five days after the order is issued. For Lot 1, price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%; for Lot 2, price is weighted at 60% and single-delivery time at 40%. A bidder for Lot 2 must hold a valid concession for trading in liquid fuels.
