The tender concerns the supply of approximately 130 tonnes of anti-caking road salt for winter maintenance of county roads in Lubartów County during the 2026/2027 season. The supplier must load, transport and unload the salt: approximately 52 tonnes to the road district base in Kamionka and approximately 78 tonnes to the base in Lubartów. The salt must comply with standard PN-86/C-84081/02, contain at least 90% sodium chloride, be crystalline and free-flowing, and meet the specified limits for moisture, water-insoluble matter, potassium ferrocyanide and grain size. Delivery must be completed by 30 October 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 11:00. Bids will be evaluated using price (60%) and invoice payment term (40%); the payment-term score is 10 points for 7 days, 20 points for 14 days or 40 points for 21 days.
