Reconstruction and change of use of the District Court building in Szczecin as an interdepartmental archive at 3C Żołnierska Street for the District Court in Szczecin and the Szczecin-Prawobrzeże and Zachód District Court

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction and change of use of a former sports hall in Szczecin into an interdepartmental archive of approximately 1,067.10 m². The works include structural, roofing, façade, window, flooring and finishing works, reconstruction or installation of sanitary, heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, electrical and telecommunications systems, fire protection and gas extinguishing systems. The scope also includes access and fire roads, two parking spaces, utility connections, external lighting, earthing and lightning protection. The supply and installation of 716 mobile archive racks with steel-grating technical platforms is excluded from the contract. The works must be completed within 23 months of contract signature, with a further three months for obtaining and handing over the occupancy permit. The tender submission deadline is 23 September 2026 at 11:00. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish. The bid guarantee is PLN 50,000 and the performance security is 5% of the gross tender price. The award criteria are price at 60%, the daily delay penalty at 20%, and the guarantee and warranty period at 20%. The daily penalty options are PLN 250, PLN 500 or PLN 1,000; the minimum guarantee and warranty period is 60 months, with additional points for a longer period. The tender must cover the complete cost of the works because the remuneration is lump-sum.
