Purchase and installation of generator sets under OLiOC

Summary

The tender covers the design, supply, installation, connection, commissioning and handover of three complete backup power systems: one mobile generator for the municipal office and two stationary generators for water treatment plants. The scope also includes the necessary construction and electrical installation works, approvals, testing, training, documentation and warranty servicing. The bidder must provide the complete solution as one package. The mobile generator must have a minimum capacity of 100 kVA / 80 kW; the stationary generators must have minimum capacities of 60 kVA / 48 kW and 85 kVA / 68 kW respectively, with the required transfer systems. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026 at the latest. The offer must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 18 September 2026. Price carries 60 points and warranty length carries 40 points. A PLN 5,000 bid guarantee and performance security are required. Participation also requires at least two qualifying previous generator deliveries, suitably authorised electrical design and works-management personnel, and technical evidence for the offered equipment.
