Purchase of a school bus for transporting pupils to schools operated by Gmina Pionki

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of a new school bus for transporting pupils to schools operated by Gmina Pionki. The bus must be a model year 2026 or newer, accommodate at least 22 passengers and the driver, and be adaptable for wheelchair transport: after removing four seats, it must provide 18 passenger seats, one wheelchair space and the driver’s seat. Requirements include, among other things, an engine of at least 160 hp and 400 Nm, a minimum displacement of 1,900 cm³, EURO VI emissions, an automatic gearbox with at least seven gears, a wheelchair ramp, various safety and comfort equipment, and the documents required for registration in Poland. The delivery period is up to 60 days from contract signature. The bidder must submit the completed technical compliance table, the tender and required declarations, demonstrate experience with at least two school bus deliveries worth at least PLN 300,000 each, and provide a PLN 6,000 tender guarantee.
