Long-term rental of a Class D passenger car for RARS

Summary

The tender concerns the 48-month long-term rental of one new 2026 Class D passenger car for the Government Agency of Strategic Reserves. The vehicle must be delivered on 31 December 2026 and must be a five-seat estate car with at least 200 HP, a petrol or non-plug-in hybrid engine, automatic transmission and at least 640 litres of luggage capacity. It must also have black metallic paint, Euro 6 emissions, adaptive cruise control, lane and blind-spot assistance, LED lighting, parking sensors and a reversing camera, navigation, leather interior, safety systems and a factory-fitted tow bar, among other specified features. The bidder must have completed or be performing at least one uninterrupted 24-month rental of at least one Class D passenger car during the last three years, under a contract worth at least PLN 90,000 gross. The offer must include the offer form, required declarations, and catalogues, brochures or technical descriptions of the vehicle. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation gives 80% to the gross price, 10% to the mileage bonus and 10% to the mileage charge; the total mileage limit is 150,000 km. No tender guarantee or performance security is required.
