Supply of adult diapers, incontinence briefs and other auxiliary products to the Olecko-Kolonia Independent Public Long-Term Care Facility

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of adult diapers, absorbent underwear, disposable absorbent underpads and non-woven disposable medical drapes to the Olecko-Kolonia long-term care facility. The contract will run for 12 months, and the contracting authority may vary the actual quantities by up to 50%. The supplier is expected to make deliveries on average twice a month, unload the goods and cover delivery costs. Missing or defective goods must be supplied or replaced at the supplier’s expense within 2 days. Price accounts for 60% and the payment period for 40% of the evaluation score; a 30-day payment period receives 40 points, 21 days receives 20 points, and 7 days or less receives 0 points under the payment-period criterion. Partial and variant tenders are not permitted, and no tender guarantee is required.
