Supply of a complete backup system with technical support

Summary

The tender covers the supply of a complete backup system, including hardware and software, remote implementation, training and technical support. The system must be delivered within 30 days of contract signing; the entire contractual performance must be completed within 60 days. Support must last at least 60 months and include ticket-based support, updates, data replication and replacement of the equipment after five years of use if support is continued for a further period of at least 36 months. The tender submission deadline is 17 September 2026 at 09:00. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish. The submission must include the electronic tender form, price form, exclusion declaration and, where applicable, powers of attorney. No bid guarantee or performance security is required. The bidder must offer a new system manufactured in 2026 or later and meeting extensive requirements for backup, replication, deduplication, encryption, immutability, recovery, virtualisation and cloud services. The bidder must also be an authorised distributor or partner of the manufacturer, arrange manufacturer-led implementation and training, and provide evidence of liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000.
