Purchase of an ambulance with equipment for the hospital

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of a new type B or C emergency ambulance with medical equipment for a hospital. The vehicle must accommodate one patient on a stretcher and a three-person crew and comply with PN/EN 1789 or an equivalent standard. The ambulance and equipment must bear CE marking, be complete and ready for immediate use. The bidder must provide manufacturer documentation or, where permitted, a detailed declaration proving the required technical parameters. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 00:00 and accompanied by a PLN 10,000 bid guarantee. The contract performance period is 30 days. Price accounts for 60% of the score, the base vehicle warranty for 20% and the gearbox type for 20%. The minimum warranties are 24 months without a mileage limit for the base vehicle, 60 months for body perforation, and 24 months for the ambulance conversion and medical equipment.
