Regular delivery of various food products to nurseries operated by the Municipality of Rzeszów

Summary

The tender concerns the regular delivery of 83 types of food products, including spices, cereal products, flours, pasta, oils, preserved foods, drinks and other groceries, to nurseries operated in Rzeszów. The contract period runs from signature, but not earlier than 1 January 2027, until 31 December 2027. Deliveries will be made against separate nursery orders on working days, and each batch must be delivered within up to 3 working days. The tender deadline is 16 September 2026 at 10:00. The bidder must submit one complete tender; partial or variant tenders are not permitted. In addition to price, the contracting authority will assess the response time for replacing defective or non-conforming goods. The award criteria are price at 60% and response time at 40%.
